At the beginning of the September 24, 2018 Board Meeting, the Township recognized Commissioner Jim Higgins’ many years of service to the Township. Commissioner Higgins worked hard on behalf of the First Ward, and spearheaded projects that positively impacted many of us.  Thanks to the many residents and constituents who turned out for this event, and thanks to Jim for his efforts on all of our behalfs!
